Tv de Hakken!! Tamagotchi is the first tamagotchi anime series that was produced, long before the 2009 anime! it was actually a really key piece of me getting into tamagotchi since it hooked me on the characters and world! tv de hakken doesn't have an overarching story between the episodes as far as i know from the first 9 episodes and each episode is around 1 minute long more or less! each episode has a format where it has a specific tamagotchi thats mainly focused on in that episode or sometimes a concept instead of a specific character! like an episode with mametchi's name in the title would focus on mametchi being a central piece to the plot of the episode!

the series mostly has a very happy and silly energy to it with just a lot of fun plots! most of the plots focus on things that are part of the focus tamagotchis personality or character, like episode 8 being about the mystery of zuccitchis mask! its a really nice series and very enjoyable to me! i cant be sure of of the content of episodes 10-27 but episode 9 has some sadder moments but its mostly an upbeat series! sadly... a majority of the series is lost aside from the first 9 episodes. the series only had one official release on VHS that contained the first 9 episodes and Honto no Hanashi together on one tape but bandai hasn't released the series in full! none of the lost episodes have surfaced online as far as i can find which is sad... but there are still some traces of the series left!

information about the series isn't super available but there is still some left! one of the most important pieces of information about the lost parts of the series is a list of all episode titles! this list of episode titles is available on multiple websites such as the anime news network but this is the list i look at frequently! summaries of the episodes are also a bit hard to find... i've only found a very direct summary of episode 18 ( the episode is about zuccitchi wanting to be a hero and! doing his best :D ) but episode 16 and 23 also has some information available! those 2 episodes features an exclusive character named nokkotchi who i've seen described and drawn as a red tamatchi holding a microphone and is vaguely based on the singer nokko! these 2 episodes also feature two songs by nokko! the two songs specfically are 春雪うさぎ and 昼の月! one more piece of information about the series can be found in some magazines actually! the most notable feature of it was in Telebi magazine which as far as i can tell featured it multiple times with exclusive promotional art of some of the lost episodes!! its really cool!! :D

tv de hakken is just such an interesting series and it really doesn't deserve to be lost for this long! its been around 20 years since it first aired and it hasn't gotten a rerelease since! as far as i can find it's never been officially stated by bandai hasn't released the series, but hopefully they will soon because it just seems nice! thank you for reading :) i hope this series can get found soon
