when discussing animated tamagotchi media the most well known tend to be the animated series and movies from around 2007-2009, the series running until 2015! but tamagotchi has a long history of interesting animated projects, no matter how small! theres three main animated incarnations, but throughout vintage there was a few more animated instances like advertisements and other things too! usually animated tamagotchi adapations don't focus too heavily on story, most having only 1 or none of the actual tamagotchi characters speaking!

availbility varies a lot, one of the main pieces almost entirely lost!! animated pieces of tamagotchi media especially early on is barely perserved by bandai at all now a days and gets overshadowed by the previously mentioned 2009 anime, there has been fan efforts though so! you can view most of these easily enough currently at the time of writing!
